- Nicole Chroust, was hat Sie bewogen, die Spitex und Tagesstätte “UsZyt AG“ zu gründen?
UsZyt AG bietet professionelle Betreuung, Pflege und Beratung für Demenz-Patienten an. Ich war zuvor in leitenden Positionen im Pflegebereich im In- und Ausland tätig und verantwortlich für die Pflege- und Betreuungsqualität. Dabei wurde mir bewusst, dass gute Qualität nur mit guter Organisationskultur erreichbar ist. Es ist die richtige Grundhaltung aller Mitarbeitenden, die eine umfassende und würdevolle Pflege und Betreuung gewährleistet. Ich wollte eine Organisation mit guter Organisationskultur aufbauen, die für Klienten und Mitarbeitende mehr Lebensqualität bedeutet.
- What advantages do you see in recruiting senior talent via seniors@work?ute compared to other recruiting methods?
I have noticed that today's "silver generation" is actively engaged in life. Like me, many have a desire for meaningful and effective work. Life experience is of great importance. That's how I came across seniors@work. As I felt very comfortable with the advice and support from seniors@work right from the start and was also able to recruit several very suitable employees quickly, I have no comparison with other recruiting methods. Working together in partnership "at eye level". Senior talents usually bring a lot of professional experience and life experience with them. They do not need to be led, but supported. They therefore do not need guidelines, but rather suitable framework conditions so that they can put their skills into practice.
