- Nicole Chroust, what prompted you to set up the Spitex and day care center "UsZyt AG"?
UsZyt AG offers professional care, nursing and counseling for dementia patients. I previously held management positions in the care sector in Switzerland and abroad and was responsible for the quality of care and support. This made me realize that good quality can only be achieved with a good organizational culture. It is the right basic attitude of all employees that ensures comprehensive and dignified care and support. I wanted to build an organization with a good organizational culture that meant a better quality of life for clients and employees.
- What advantages do you see in recruiting senior talent via seniors@work?ute compared to other recruiting methods?
I have noticed that today's "silver generation" is actively engaged in life. Like me, many have a desire for meaningful and effective work. Life experience is of great importance. That's how I came across seniors@work. Working together in partnership "at eye level". Senior talents usually bring a lot of professional experience and life experience with them. They do not need to be led, but supported. They therefore do not need guidelines, but rather suitable framework conditions so that they can put their skills into practice.
