For me, getting to know people and accompanying them for a part of their lives in order to improve their situation together is social work on the ground. My many years of experience in management positions and in coaching people motivate me to keep going. I am a qualified adult educator. I can work with people, lead with empathy, organize well administratively and get stuck in. I am responsible, reliable, networked, flexible, multi-talented, interested, team-oriented, optimistic and open to life and people of all ages. Due to my first profession in the hotel industry, I worked as a hotel assistant after my apprenticeship as a specialist teacher in this profession from 1975 - 1990. I have experience in business management, as we ran a hotel business. I mainly worked in the hotel as a housekeeping manager.
